bnt Rechtsanwälte GbR in Nuremberg: Coordinating the bnt co-operation network
The focus of our work is to advise bnt clients with projects in those Central and Eastern European countries where bnt is not yet represented with its own office. These are in particular Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, and the former Yugoslavian States of Bosnia, Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia. In all these countries we work with a developed network of reliable local cooperation law firm partners. Our long term experience enables us to support M&A deals or investments project as well as enforcement of claims or secondment of expats.
Additionally, the Nuremberg office coordinates projects in several Central and Eastern European countries. So our clients may choose whether they prefer direct contact with local colleagues on the ground or a central counterpart in Nuremberg.For these purposes the international team of attorneys-at-law (Rechtsanwälten) and lawyers is prepared to communicate not only in German and English but also in Russian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Bulgarian, Serbo-Croat and Slovenian as well as - together with our bnt colleagues all over Central and Eastern Europe - in all other bnt languages.
Not least, we see ourselves as a partner for other German law firms which we may assist with our language skills and legal know-how as specialists for Central and Eastern Europe and which we may involve in cases where we advise clients from Central and Eastern Europe in Germany.
