In Riga, Latvia, bnt attorneys-at-law is represented by 17 colleagues, of whom 15 are legal specialists. The team is led by Theis Klauberg and Arturs Krauklis, who have both been legally advising German, Swedish, Finnish and other international enterprises in the Baltic States for over ten years. Together with their team of experienced corporate lawyers they thus deploy the necessary understanding of different legal and business cultures in order to adapt to individual client needs.

Our international team advises clients from Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, and the USA. Main activities include company acquisitions, finance, transport, construction and real estate, life science, energy and insurance law, and we are also experienced litigators in State courts and courts of arbitration, also advising in administrative and public procurement law plus inheritance matters.

Working languages are English, Swedish, German, Russian or Latvian.
