bnt and MCF Seminar "Wind energy market in CEE"
bnt and the Management Circle proudly invite all the investors interested in wind energy parks in the area of Central Eastern Europe to a businesslike two-day seminar and workshop.
bnt lawyers from the offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria as well as experts and specialists of Nordex will during a training held from 18th to 19th January 2011 and from 21st to 22nd March 2011 get you acquainted with legal issues that the investors in the field of wind energy farms in various countries of Central Europe have to deal with. The program will include ownership issues of land and property in connection with wind energy parks, necessary permits, grid connection agreements, in each country differently configured energy law and the varying support for investments in wind turbines in those countries. The experts will explain to you the secrets of design and construction of wind farms, and will tell you what requires paying particular attention to while entering into contracts for supply of wind turbines with wind turbine manufacturers.
