bnt Warsaw workshop on product liability
bnt attorneys-at-law and the German-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Warsaw invite to a businesslike workshop on product liability on 31 March 2011.
The businesslike workshop is entitled "When your company is liable for its products?" and aimed at representatives of companies producing goods in Poland or importing goods there.
Date and Venue: 31st March 2011, 10 o'clock, at the German-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Warsaw, , ul. Miodowa 14.
At the workshop Ms. Dominika Wagrodzka attorney-at-law and partner of bnt Warsaw will get you acquainted with legal issues that the producer or importer of goods has to deal with in Poland in regard to product liability and warranty law. The program will include such topics as scope of liability, parties involved, reduction of risks connected with product liability and differences between warranty regulations and product liability.
The workshop will be held in Polish language.
