DIS-Baltikum spring seminar in Vilnius
The regional group of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) organizes an expert seminar for practitioners and in-house counsel on Monday, 2 May 2011 9.00 - 11.30 h, on the topic: "Enforcement of Arbitration Awards - Issues and Challenges".
The international experts Jens Bredow (Rechtsanwalt, General Secretary of DIS, Cologne), Dr habil. Vytautas Nekrošius (Chairman of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration) and Karl Pörnbacher (Rechtsanwalt with Hogan Lovells, Munich) will highlight practical issues from the viewpoint of their practice and different jurisdictions. The DIS-Baltikum, the regional group of DIS in Estonia, Latvia Lithuania, was founded in 2010 to promote the exchange of know-how and experience between arbitration practitioners with a particular focus on the practice in the Baltic States and of DIS.
