Liability of Executives and Board Directors - bnt presentations in Vilnius and Riga

On 19 and 26 March the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in co-operation with bnt will hold presentations on the up-to-date topic "Liability of Executives and Board Directors".

The events will take place at the premises of the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Riga (19 March 2009) and Vilnius (26 March 2009) and are organized in co-operation with the German Baltic Chamber of Commerce, the homepage of which also provides more detailed information on the time, location, and the registration to the presentations (www.ahk-balt.org).The presentations will deal with rights and obligations of members of management boards and other company bodies, taking into account in particular the liability risks in connection with latent insolvency of a company. This topic will be introduced by partner Theis Klauberg, who is also Visiting Lecturer at the Riga Graduate School of Law and published regularly on corporate law issues (e.g. "Company law in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia", Jehle Rehm Publishers , in German), as well as associates Giedre Zalpyte and Ilze Ciematniece.
