Workshop: Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia – the Baltic Sea from its best side and Ukraine – the second biggest country in Europe
The next Central and Eastern Europe workshop will take place on 28 March 2012 at the Industrial and Commercial Chamber Suedlicher Oberrhein in Lahr, Germany. The Baltic and Ukraine will be in the focus.
Mr. Igor Dykunskyy, L.L.M., Attorney-at-Law and Partner with bnt attorneys-at-law in Kyiv will speak about general legal conditions in Ukraine. Other conference topics include, e.g.: opportunities for investors, investment security; market entry, promising development possibilities: the agricultural market; renewable energy; PPP in the utility services sector; imports to Ukraine: peculiarities of a foreign commercial contract, currency control, registration with customs, payment conditions; certification, licensing of goods on the basis of practical examples; contractual structure of cooperation with Ukrainian partners.
