Meet the Expert: EFPIA Disclosure Code – are you ready to declare support for medics?”

Latvia: bnt attorneys-at-law invite to the business breakfast seminar Meet the Expert: “EFPIA Disclosure Code – are you ready to declare support for medics?” on 23 February 2016.

Last year the Code on the Disclosure of Transfers of Value of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (“EFPIA“) has been implemented in Latvia. Under the code, pharmaceutical companies are obliged to publicly declare support provided to health care organisations and professionals. While disclosure for 2015 is just around the corner, many open questions still remain.

Do you want to find out what data will have to be disclosed? Or perhaps you are not sure how to act when providing support to medics from foreign countries? Then allow us to invite you to a discussion – Business Breakfast “EFPIA Disclosure Code – are you ready to declare support for medics?” organised by bnt | attorneys-at-law Riga, in cooperation with Riga Graduate School of Law and the German Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Yvonne Goldammer and Renārs Gasūns, lawyers with bnt | attorneys-at-law, will comment on any questions you might have. They will also discuss how the code is implemented in eight different CEE countries plus what has to be considered when giving support to medics practising in different countries.
