Lithuanian lawyer Odeta Maksvytytė: is a Senior Associate at the Vilnius office of bnt attorneys in CEE. She specializes in personal data protection. Her experience includes advising companies based on a commercial understanding of problems in processing personal data. Legal services covered by Odeta include compliance with technical and organizational security requirements, drafting data processing agreements, personal data policies and cookie policies, legal transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU based on e.g. EU standard contracts and binding corporate rules, intragroup transfers of personal data of customers and employees, collection, processing, storage and deletion of personal data, advising on rights of data subjects, and due diligence in relation to personal data. Her practice also involves general commercial and corporate matters, employment law as well as health care, medical and pharmaceutical issues.
