Lithuania: 3 new team members plus 1 promotion at bnt attorneys in CEE (Vilnius)

We are happy to announce that at the beginning of this year lawyers Vladimiras Kokorevas and Inga Girdžiūnaitė joined bnt Vilnius as well as Justina Toliautienė as our Office Manager, while Jolanta Zupkauskaitė was promoted to Senior Associate.

Before joining our team in Vilnius, Vladimiras Kokorevas and Inga Girdžiūnaitė gained valuable working experience in international companies and law firms.

Vladimiras Kokorevas studied Law at Mykolo Romerio University in Vilnius (Lithuania) and completed a Master’s at the University of Savoy, Chambéry (France). Before joining bnt Vilnius, Vladimiras practiced with Deloitte Legal in Vilnius, with a focus on commercial, contract and corporate law matters. He also concentrates on dispute resolution cases.

Inga Girdžiūnaitė studied Law at Vilnius University as well as German and European law at Albert-Ludwig’s-University (Freiburg i. Br., Germany). She also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) — Qualification in Pharmacy Law at Philipps-University of Marburg (Germany). Before joining bnt Vilnius, Inga practised with the pan-Baltic firm TRINITI and, prior to that, gained experience working for the Vilnius municipal water company, other law firms and a Dutch private company. She focuses on commercial, contract and corporate law matters, including litigation / claim recovery and has a strong interest in pharmaceutical and related matters.

Our new Office Manager, Justina Toliautienė, will help our office run smoothly and efficiently.

Jolanta Zupkauskaitė, who was promoted to Senior Associate, has been working for bnt Vilnius since 2004. She is a specialist in employment law and in addition advises clients – often from German-speaking countries ‒ in diverse fields, such as corporate, compliance, claims management and recovery, insolvency plus general commercial and contractual matters.
