a lawyer

Requirements:

university degree in law;

• excellent written and oral knowledge of Slovak and German;
• good logical skills;
• ability to shift between in-depth legal analysis and entrepreneurial approach to challenges;
• good communication and presentation skills;
• excellent work ethics;
• self-starter and looking for continuous self-improvement;
• team spirit;

Responsibilities:

• legal research;
• review and draft of legal documents, i.a. legal opinions, contracts, letters, pleas, submissions;
• representation of clients before courts and other institutions;
• monitoring of the legislation and judicial acts in force;
• draft of articles and other publications;
• preparation of presentations;
• other office and legal work as required.
